The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 04.09.2023 and 24.09.2024, wherein the petitioner requested to extend the pay on par, by refixing the same at ₹15,025/-, instead of his pay of ₹14,585/- vide Annexures F and G. The petitioner aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents filed a writ petition in WP No.3216 of 2022. This court allowed the writ petition and directed the respondents to consider the representations vide order dated 22.08.2023. Despite the direction issued by this court, the respondents have not considered the representations. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the respondents would consider the representations vide Annexures F and G and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations vide Annexures F and G and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
