Heard Mr. Iqbal Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Judge, Small Cause Court, Moradabad to decide the Small Cause Court Suit No.43 of 2018 (Kothiwal Charitable Trust, Moradabad vs. Shri Devdutt Sharma and Another), expeditiously. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that small cause court suit filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending before the Judge, Small Cause Court since 2018. He further placed the copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the petition, in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to Judge, Small Cause Court, Moradabad to decide the aforesaid proceedings to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 2 months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
