This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) and to the suitable respondent authorities quashing/setting aside the order dated 11.12.2024 (Annexure P/1), in the interest of 2 justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ petition and direct the respondent authority to change the name of the petitioner and his father name in the mark-sheets of class 10th and 12th as prayed, in interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief (s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the interest of Justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents contended that the petitioner has filed the civil suit (bearing No.57A/2022) for declaring Godnama/Ikrarnama and the certificate issue by the Gram Panchayat in this regard as null & void and declare him as son of Shri Dewendra Dhruw (his natural father), which was allowed vide judgment and decree dated 06.07.2023 (Annexure P-2), hence, petitioner is having efficacious alternate remedy to execute said judgment and decree dated 06.07.2023 (Annexure P-2) before the concerned Civil Court. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to execute the said judgment and decree dated 06.07.2023 (Annexure P-2) before the concerned Civil Court. 4.
