The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the sale deed dated 05.03.2025 executed by the previous Kathedar Sri Lakshminarayana Raju in favour of the petitioners being registered in the office of the Sub- Registrar, Gandhinagar on 13.05.2025 and the ‘J’ slip being forwarded by the office of the Sub-Registrar to the revenue authorities, nevertheless the names of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32357 WP No. 25316 of 2025 petitioner, who are the purchaser under the sale deed have not been incorporated in the revenue records. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the concerned Tahasildar, Bangalore South Taluk, to proceed to mutate and enter the name of the petitioners pursuant to the registered sale dated 05.03.2025, if ‘J’ slip has been received by the revenue authorities. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 4.
