ORAL ORDER
1. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main grievance of the petitioner is that the second show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner on 27.05.2025 vide Annexure-U. The petitioner has requested the respondents-Corporation to furnish all relevant documents, which have been relied upon by the Enquiry Officer to submit the report dated 31.12.2024 vide Annexure-T.
2. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents- Corporation has furnished all the documents, which have been requested by the petitioner as mentioned in

page No.70 of the writ petition i.e., items No.1 to 12, both hard copy and soft copy of the documents, to the petitioner in the Court today. 3. Under the circumstances, the other reliefs sought by the petitioner does not survive for consideration at this stage. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5. The petitioner is permitted to submit a reply to the second show cause notice dated 27.05.2025 within four weeks from today.
