KARASA/KEKA/SIBBANDI/C-6/109/1153/2023-24 DATED 25.11.2023 ISSUED BY RESPONDENT NO.2 VIDE ANNEXURE-J TO WRIT PETITION IN SO FAR AS SERIAL NOS. 19, 20, 21, 22 AND 24 ARE CONCERNED AND ETC., THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, petitioners have prayed for quashing order dated 25.11.2023 passed by Director, (Establishment and Environment), Chairman, Committee for verification of Alternative Post, KSRTC, Central Offices, Bengaluru (respondent no.2), in proceedings bearing no.KARASA/KEKA/SIBBANDI/C-6/109/1153/2023-24 vide Annexure-J. 4 2. After negotiations, parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both parties have filed Joint Memo duly signed before Lok Adalath. Joint Memo reads as follows: "JOINT MEMO The WP is filed seeking to assign light duty to the petitioner, the WP has been settled between the parties on the following terms and conditions. 1. The petitioner agrees to get himself examined before the concerned jurisdictional medical board for assessment of percentage of disability and shall produce the disability certificate issued strictly in accordance with the guidelines in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Court in WP no.7140/2023 DD 27/07/2023 and WP No.8271/2025 DD 27/03/2025, within a period of 2 months from today. 2. On such production of disability certificate, the corporation has agreed to examine the claim of the petitioner for providing light duty in accordance with law. 5 3. The Corporation is at liberty to seek clarification/re-examination of the disability certificate from the concerned medical board in the event it is required." 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of modifying order dated 25.11.2023 passed by Director, (Establishment and Environment), Chairman, Committee for Verification of Alternative Post, KSRTC, Central Offices, Bengaluru (respondent no.2), in proceedings bearing no.KARASA/KEKA/SIBBANDI/C-6/109/1153/2023-24 vide Annexure-J in terms of Joint Memo.
