This Court on 19.02.2025, granted interim bail to the present applicant/petitioner Page No.# 2/2 Jakir Hussain in respect of Badarpur P.S. Case No.28/2025. He was also directed to appear before the Investigating Officer within next 10(ten) days. But the applicant was arrested in another case and that is the reason, why he could not appear before the Investigating Officer, as directed by this Court. 3. Now, the applicant has been released on bail in the other case. So, he now, wants to appear before the Investigating Officer, as directed by this Court on 19.02.2025. 4. I have also heard Mr. K. Baishya, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. 5. After considering the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides, the prayer of the applicant/petitioner is allowed. 6. The applicant Jakir Hussain is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer within next 10 days in respect of Badarpur P.S. Case No.28/2025.
