Learned State Counsel supplied instructions dated 18.07.2025 to the Court, which are taken on record. On instructions, he submits that after investigation, final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioner on 06.08.2023. He further submits that even the informant has moved the protest petition, which is pending adjudication before the learned trial court. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. 6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
