[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “i. Issue Rule upon the Respondents to show cause as to why a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or order/orders, direction/ directions of like nature shall not be issued whereby directing the Respondent to allot addl. land to the Petitioner in terms of Tripura Industrial Land Allotment Policy, 2024, in pursuance to its representations, dated, 28.02.2016, 05.10.2020, representation, dated, 18.11.2024 & representation, dated, 05.12.2024. ii. Call for the records pertaining to the instant writ petition from the custody of the Respondents and make the Rules absolute after hearing the both sides. iii. Make the Rules absolute after hearing the Parties AND Pass any other order/orders as this Hon’ble High Court may consider fit and proper.” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted several representations dated 28.02.2016, 05.10.2020, 18.11.2024 and lastly on 05.12.2024 addressed to the concerned respondent(s) regarding his grievances. But, according to the petitioner, no fruitful result has been made out in this regard till date. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider the case of the petitione in the light of representations dated 28.02.2016, 05.10.2020, 18.11.2024 and 05.12.2024 in accordance with law. The decision taken in that regard be communicated to the petitioner within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
