We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties at a considerable length. The learned counsel representing the contesting parties reached to a consensus that the official respondents be directed to reflect the appellants as the owners of balance land, left after the resumption of the land in favour of the private respondents in terms of Section 7 of the Agrarian Reforms Act. It was also agreed that the costs, imposed by the learned writ Court while disposing of the writ petition, be waived. 2. In view of above, we dispose of this appeal by modifying the order dated 13th August, 2025, rendered by the learned writ court by directing the official respondents to reflect appellants as owners qua the balance 2 land left after the resumption of land in favour of the private respondents in terms of Section 7 of the Agrarian Reforms Act and the costs of Rs. 20,000/- imposed upon the appellants by the learned writ Court shall also stand waived. 3.
