Case No. 344 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 386, 387, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The petitioner fired at the informant for demanding ransom. He is in jail since 05.09.2023 and he has nine criminal antecedents. 4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and also the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
