Challenging the said transfer order, petitioner filed this writ petition. 4. Learned State Counsel points out that during pendency of writ petition, petitioner was again transferred to some other place and she has also joined duties at the new place, therefore, the relief, as claimed do not survive. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
