The petition has been filed contending that petitioner’s husband, who had taken the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to Haridwar, was missing. 2. The allegations are made that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 were responsible for the husband of the petitioner to go on missing. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on being served with the advance notice, has secured instructions. She submits that the corpus had in fact returned on 2.10.2025 and thereafter, he left the house and on 7.10.2025, his body was found on the railway track and to that effect, an accidental death case has been registered.
