The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “to declare the impugned e-Tender Notification vide Roc No. 4004/ 2015/F1 dated 16-06-2016 issued by 3rd respondent inviting tenders without following the provisions of GO Ms No. 475 dated 28-8-1989, GO Ms No. 581 dated 6-11-1996, GO Ms No. 30 MA & UD (G-II) dated 18- 01-2000 and violation of the orders passed by the Honble High Court in Writ Appeal Nos.1087, 1090, 1108, 1111, 1112, 1115 and 1124 of 2016 dated 31-10-2106 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to entrust the portion of the work to the petitioners societies”. 2. The tender in question was for solid waste handling, street sweeping, litter collection, drains cleaning and related sanitation activities for a period of 3 years. The tender notification was issued on 16.06.2016. 3. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not appear to survive for adjudication. 3 4. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
