This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to Additional Commissioner (Judicial) IInd Agra Division Agra to decide the Appeal No. 82 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. C202301000000082) under section 331(3) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act 1950, filed by the petitioner within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble court. Otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal under Section 331(3) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 is pending consideration before respondent no.2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of requiring the respondent no.2 to take a final decision on the said appeal within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties. 4.
