The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to lodge the first information report of the petitioner against the respondent No. 4,5,6,7 and 8 at Police Station Soraon District Prayagraj in relevant sections. (b) Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 and 3 to decide and consider the representation dated 20.03.2025 and 08.04.2025 (Contained as Annexure No.2) of the petitioner with regard to lodging the first information report against the respondent No. 4,5,6,7 and 8 at Police Station Soraon District relevant sections. Prayagraj in relevant sections." The petitioner has the remedy to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 156 Cr.P.C/173(4) B.N.S.S., therefore, it is not a case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
