Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.0170 dated 29.05.2025, registered under Sections 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Division No. 5, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. 2. Vide orders dated 06.08.2025 and 25.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that petitioner has joined investigation, co-operated and is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.
