Zaid Ahmed, the learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, the learned A.P.P. for the State. This appeal is directed against the order dated 04.03.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Dhanbad in Bail Petition No. 46 of 2025, arising out of Loyabad PS Case No. 53 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. On account of one-day protest by the villagers for not giving them employment by the coal company which had started operation recently the goons of the management had committed assault upon them and also fired which resulted in injuries having been suffered by some persons. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the First Information Report has been instituted against twenty-two persons. It has further been submitted that the appellant is named in the First Information Report. The allegation against the appellant is general and omnibus in nature. The learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody since 13.01.2025. The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. Regard being had to fact that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, we while setting aside the order dated 04.03.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Dhanbad in Bail Petition No. 46 of 2025, arising out of Loyabad PS Case No. 53 of 2024 direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Loyabad PS Case No. 53 of 2024.
