Heard the counsel for the petitioners the A.G.A. representing respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadv, the counsel for respondent no. 4. The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned first information report dated 29.07.2025 of Case Crime No. 0328 of 2025 under section - 191(2), 191(3), 131, 126(2), 110, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the information report dated 29.07.2025 of Case Crime No. 0328 of 2025 under section - 191(2), 191(3), 131, 126(2), 110, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi. " The Additional Government Advocate, on the basis of the instructions received, states that Section 109 B.N.S. has been added against the accused. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Raghavendra Pati Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Sanjay Kumar Yadav Abhishek Yadav @ Chhotu And 4 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) The Additional Government Advocate has also produced the injury report of Roop Singh, which shows that the injured Roop Singh has suffered grievous injuries on skull. The facts disclose commission of cognisable offence and it is not a case for taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
