The following prayers have been made in the present writ petition: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the concerned respondent authorities to stop the dispossession of the petitioner from her dwelling House, Sahan, etc. existed over the Arazi No.142 situated at Village Dadra Pargana Sakteshgarh Tehsil Madihan District Mirzapur except in accordance with law. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 (District Magistrate Mirzapur) to decide the application dated 4.7.2025, contained as (Annexure- No.7) to this writ petition, submitted by the petitioner, with reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The case of the petitioner is that her house, which is constructed on land recorded as Navin Parti, has fallen down and she was undertaking repair of the same which is being objected to by the private respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the private respondents are the neighbours of the petitioner. 4. We find no good reason to entertain such a dispute in writ jurisdiction.
