Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural at Bengaluru to the file of Hon'ble Family Judge Court at Davanagere." 3. Facts in brief which are utmost necessary for the disposal of the present petition are as under: 3.1 The matrimonial relationship between the parties strained and husband has filed a petition for divorce on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bangalore Rural District in M.C. No.713/2024. 3.2 The wife/petitioner who is residing in Davangere seeks transfer of the said petition on the ground that she is unable to attend before the Court at Bangalore on account of financial constraints and geographical distance. 4. Counsel for respondent opposes the transfer grounds. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46699 CP No. 216 of 2025 5. It is now settled principles of law that geographical distance and financial constraints are no longer valid parameters for transfer of proceedings from one Court to another Court in view of the video conferencing facility. 6. If the petitioner files an application before the Trial Court at Bangalore Rural District seeking permission to appear through video conferencing, learned Trial Judge shall allow the petitioner to appearing through video conferencing. 7.
