For the reasons stated in the application, the same is hereby allowed and the documents annexed with the application are taken on record. Main Case Learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing this petition for a direction to learned trial Court to dispose of bail application of the petitioner within a time bound manner i.e. within 03 days. In view of above, it is hereby directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court and moves a bail VIPIN KUMAR 2025.09.09 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order CRM-M-43742-2025 (O&M) 2 application, the same shall be decided by the concerned Court expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 days, in accordance with law.
