The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted an application dated 08.04.2021 before Circle Officer, Chandil Anchal (Annexure 2), which has not been disposed of till date. Non- demarcation of Raiyati land of the petitioner is causing inconvenience. 3. Having considered the submissions, without entering into the merit of the claim over plots as stated above, respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner for measurement and demarcation of his land.
