Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. In the present writ petition the following prayers have been made by the petitioner:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the recovery citation dated 26.08.2023 issued by the respondent no.2 (Annexure No.3 to the writ petition). (II) Issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that final assessment order has already been passed on September 16, 2022. He has also the proof of service of the same upon the petitioner. 4. In light of the same, a copy of the final assessment order is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appeal within two weeks from date. In the event such an appeal is filed, the respondent authorities are directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and thereafter, pass reasoned order on the same in accordance with law. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
