The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2022 at (Annexure-A) and to disburse the balance compensation amount of ₹10,15,125/- being the remaining amount payable towards the value of 111 trees as determined under the Malki Valuation (Annexure-H). 4. The grievance of the petitioner is though the representation has been pending since the year 2022, the same has not considered by the respondent-authorities and no orders have been passed till date. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the KIADB submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law within a time bound manner. 6. Without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the petitioner's claim the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary directions are issued to the respondent to consider the representation.
