This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus upon the District Magistrate, Aligarh, to look into the grievances of the petitioner in view of the Government Order dated 01.05.2017. 3. Prayer No. (i) is allowed and the District Magistrate, Aligarh, is directed to look into the grievances of the petitioner in view of the Government Order dated 01.05.2017 and to pass a reasoned order within three months after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents. 4.
