Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 160 of 2024 arising out of Gumla P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Sunita Urain who was murdered in her matrimonial home. 4. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the deceased had sustained several injuries on her person. Witnesses have stated that prior to the occurrence, there was quarrel between the petitioner and the deceased. 5.
