SUTHAR Date : 16/10/2025 ORAL ORDER [1.0] By way of present petition, the petitioner prays for direction directing the respondent authorities to lodge the FIR and take further actions pursuant to the written complaint dated 17.09.2025 and direct the police to take possession of looted household articles looted by the accused. [2.0] Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has approached respondent No.2- Police Commissioner Ahmedabad City by way of written complaint dated 17.09.2025, but nothing has been done. [3.0] In view of the above, it appears that without availing appropriate remedy under the provisions of the CrPC / BNSS, the petitioner has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. However, respondent No.2 is directed to look into the complaint of the petitioner and intimate its outcome to the petitioner. If any adverse outcome is there, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. With the above direction, Petition is disposed of.
