Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents concerned to exercise power and jurisdiction conferred by provisions of Section 173(4) BNSS to get the first information report of cognizable offence and further to investigate himself or to direct his other subordinate competent police officer to register the case against the respondent no. 5 in terms of directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court given in paragraph nos. 119 and 120 of the decision in the matter of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, SCC 2014(2) Page 1. 3. After arguing the matter at some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5.
