Learned Advocate General has handed over a copy of instructions received from Divisional Forest Officer, Nahan Forest Division, which is taken on record. In terms of the instructions, the services of the petitioner have been converted to work charge status w.e.f 01.01.2003.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it be observed that consequential benefits be released in favour of the petitioner as early as possible.

Learned Advocate General submits that the consequential benefits which may be accruable to the petitioner in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Suraj Mani’s Case will be released in his favour in due course. Let needful be done within a period of three months from today.
