By the present writ petition, the petitioners, are seeking direction towards the respondents for grant of benefit of Time Scale pay. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are posted as Time keepers at Municipal Corporation, Chirimiri for the last 30 years. He further submits that the petitioners have made representation before the authorities raising their grievances which is still pending. 3 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the representation is still pending, the same will be decided, in accordance with law, within stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the concerned respondent to decide the pending representations of the petitioners (Annexure P-6) within a period of 30 days in accordance with law and reasoned and speaking order. 6.
