Heard both sides. 3. It is seen from the records that the complaint given by the petitioner had been received and acknowledged and the same is pending before the first respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the prompt repayment of the housing loan, the tenure has been extended for five years citing fluctuation of the rate of interest. This issue may be dealt with by the first respondent after affording opportunity to the second respondent. 4.
