Bharti, learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the CBI has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of obtaining arbitrary 12 marks in the examination conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission from the screening committee. 5. Considering that the chargesheet has already been submitted and during investigation, it appears that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation that’s why the CBI has not arrested him and only allegation is there against the petitioner of obtaining 12 more marks from the screening committee, I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned AJC-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, CBI, Ranchi, in connection with R.C.-05A/2012-AHD-R, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
