The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 12.2.2024, passed by the respondent no.3 in case bearing RST No. 09411 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T201814700309411) [Report Lekhpal Vs. Sarita Devi], under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006. The petitioner has asserted himself to be the complainant at whose behest the proceedings are said to have been initiated. Counsel for the State respondents has pointed out that the aforesaid order would be subject to the remedy of statutory appeal and accordingly the writ petition would not be entertainable. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid legal position and submits that the petitioner would avail the statutory legal remedy. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
