The petitioner, who is an accused in S.C.No.124 of 2009, was convicted and sentenced by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Mahila Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvannamalai, vide judgment dated 30.04.2025, as follows: Rank of the accused Conviction under Section Sentence awarded A1 Section 341 of IPC to undergo simple imprisonment for one month. Section 376 of IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for ten years and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default to undergo simple imprisonment for three months. 3.
