The application was filed on 31.07.2024 and since, it has not been decided so far, the present petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent No. 2 to decide the claim. 2. Having regard to the nature of the prayer, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the said application expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of the order along with photocopy of the application.
