According to petitioner, he moved an application for demarcation of land purchased by him by two registered sale deeds dated 20.03.2023 and 24.05.2023, which has not been decided so far, therefore, a direction is sought to Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar to expedite disposal of the said application. 3. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that Revenue Courts at Bhagwanpur are overburdened with revenue cases and since petitioner moved the application only in the month of March, 2025, therefore, prayer made by petitioner is wholly unwarranted, as it is not a case of undue delay. 4. This Court finds substance in the said submission. Application filed by petitioner only on 23.03.2025 cannot be directed to be expedited. The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed. 5. However, this Court hopes and expects that Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall make endeavour to decide the matter as early as possible.
