By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd, Gorakhpur to expedite the proceedings and to decide the complaint case no. 42369 of 2022, under Sections 323, 379, 427 I.P.C., P.S. Ramgarhtal, District Gorakhpur within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed the aforesaid complaint case in the year 2022 but no substantial progress has been made in the trial so far. Learned counsel further submitted that a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the trial court concerned is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
