The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 2045/2023, punishable for the offences under Sections 420, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. At the outset, learned A.P.P. for the State submits that petitioners have been declared absconder and thereafter, process of sections 82 Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.
