Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:144997 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 12113 of 2025 Petitioner :- Smt. Kamlesh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ratnesh Srivastava,Vinod Kr Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the charge-sheet dated 19th July, 2025 on the ground that no preliminary fact finding inquiry was held in the matter. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that this is not the stage to question the charge-sheet as the petitioner has enough opportunity to contest the charges leveled in the domestic inquiry. 4. It is contended that petitioner has already submitted reply to the charge-sheet on 4th August, 2025. 5. In such above view of the matter and considering the rival submissions so advanced, I consider it more appropriate at this stage to dispose of this petition with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the charge-sheet dated 19th July, 2025 within maximum period of 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6. Needless to add, the petitioner shall be afforded full opportunity of hearing both at the stage of domestic inquiry as well as at the stage when a show cause notice is issued to her as a consequence to the inquiry report in which if she is found to be guilty of charges. Petitioner shall also cooperate in the proceedings. Order Date :- 22.8.2025 Atmesh Digitally signed by :- ATMESH KESARI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
