Upon coming of this matter for consideration, Mr. Z.A Qureshi, learned Sr. Advocate appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent in terms of order dated 05.06.2024 passed by this Court was required to deposit Rs. 10.00 lacs in lamp sum by way of FDR in the name of petitioner for her marriage expenses with the stipulation to be encashed only for the purposes of marriage expenses by the petitioner and that the respondent instead of depositing Rs. 10.00 lacs, has deposited only Rs. 5.00 lacs, thus, compelling the petitioner to seek enforcement of the order through the medium of the instant petition. 2. Mr. M.A Chashoo, learned appearing counsel for the respondent states that the respondent undertakes to deposit remaining amount of Rs. 5.00 lacs by way of FDR in the name of the petitioner within a period of two months in view of the fact that the respondent has now retired from the Government Service and make arrangements for the said amount. 3. In the interest of justice, two months time as prayed is granted to the respondent for depositing the remaining amount of Rs. 5.00 lacs in the FDR in terms of order dated 05.06.2024 in the name of the petitioner and in the event of failure by the respondent, the petitioner herein shall have a liberty to re-agitate the matter. 4.
