Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed for issuance of caste certificate in english language in pursuance of Government Order dated 27.06.2019. Earlier, caste certificate dated 09.10.2014 has been issued to petitioner in Hindi language and now he wants in English language. 3. Learned standing counsel pointed out that there is chances of cancellation of caste certificate dated 09.10.2014 on the ground that in U.P., "Dhangar" caste belongs to Other Backward Classes. 4. Under such facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3- Tehsildar, Tehsil Sirsaganj, Firozabad to issue caste certificate dated 09.10.2014 to petitioner in English language within a period of four weeks. In case, said caste certificate has been cancelled by the authorities as informed by learned standing counsel, order of cancellation shall be provided to the petitioner within the same time and in that eventuality, there is no need to issue caste certificate in English language.
