The petitioners have assailed the individual notices dated 19.06.2025 issued under Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984 by respondent no. 7. 2. It is alleged in the notice that the petitioners are raising construction over a public road and which amounts to encroachment. Accordingly, they have been called upon to remove the construction within five days, failing which the consequences, as stipulated under the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984, would follow. A date has also been fixed for filing of evidence. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already replied to the impugned notices by filing their representations dated 21.06.2025 and 10/11.07.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the concerned respondent may be directed to take decision on it. 5. Sri Vineet Sankalp, Advocate holding brief of Sri Satyam Rawat, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel do not oppose the prayer. 6.
