IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 2467 of 2025 Sundar Yadav, aged about 32 years, S/o late Gudka Yadav, R/o Tetariya Tola, Jhirkey, P.O.- Khetko, P.S.- Petarwar, District- Bokaro, Jharkhand … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Baibhaw Gahlaut, Advocate For the State : Mr. Fahad Allam, A.P.P. --- 02/28.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Petarwar P.S. Case No. 112/2024, consequent to S.T. No.377 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- III, Bermo at Tenughat. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.9147 of 2024 by order dated 03.12.2024. The petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have inflicted several knives blows on the son of the informant namely Suraj Yadav, due to which he sustained grievous injuries. It was submitted that the occurrence has taken place because the injured had enticed away the wife and children of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2024. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. Petitioner if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after remaining custody for one year. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
