Counsel for the Respondent/complainant: 1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2 Crl.P.No.2081 of 2025 KSR,J The Court made the following ORDER A.5 in Crime No. 103 of 2024 of Vayalpadu Police Station, Annamayya District, filed the present application under Section 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail. 2. The said crime was registered for the offences under Sections 85, 108 read with 3 (5) of Bhratiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Case of the prosecution is that the marriage of the daughter of the defacto complainant was performed with A.1 about 16 months prior to the date of incident. Subsequently, the couple led happy married life for some time. A.1 used to work in Kuwait and the daughter of the defacto complainant used to reside in the house of her in-laws. It is alleged that her in-laws used to harass the deceased both physically and mentally for silly reasons. While so, on 17.08.2024 at about 2.30 P.M., she committed suicide by hanging herself. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is no way concerned with the family affairs of the defacto complainant or with A.1. He is relative of mother of A.1. residing in another town i.e., Madanapalli. 4. Further the petitioner is 5. In view of the above facts and circumstances and as the petitioner is nothing to do with the family of A.1 and as he is only relative of accused, who is residing in another town, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.5 with the following conditions;- 3 -.V Crl.P.No.2081 of 2025 KSR,J The petitioner/A.5 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Vayalpadu Police Station, on or before 23.05.2025 and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on on his furnishing personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Station House Officer concerned: I. bail The petitioner/A.5 is directed to appear before the Investigating officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer; and The petitioner/A.5 shall not, directly or indirectly, induce, threaten, or promise any person acquainted with the facts of the case to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or any Investigating or Police Officer. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
