Heard learned advocate Mr.M.M.Shaikh for learned advocate Mr.Zanzarukiya appearing on behalf of the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms.Krina Calla on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. By way of this application the applicant prays for being released on temporary bail for the purpose of providing 昀椀nancial assistance to the family. 4. It appears that the present applicant is arraigned as an accused in connection with an FIR bearing C.R.No.11210022213414/2021 registered with Kapodra Police Station, Surat. 5. It appears from the jail remarks that the applicant is in R/CR.MA/23754/2025 ORDER DATED: 20/11/2025 custody since 21.12.2021 and had been lastly released on temporary bail in the month of November, 2024 on which occasion, he had reported back in time. It also appears from the jail remarks that the applicant having been released atleast thrice hereinbefore where he had always surrendered in time. The jail conduct is also stated to be good. 6. Considering the period of incarceration and having regard to the reason stated in the application, this Court is inclined to consider this application. Hence, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 Days (Ten Days) from the date of his actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. 7. The applicant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted. (NIKHIL S.
