Mr. Dushyant Mainali, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief as claimed do not survive anymore, inasmuch as the State Medical Board examined the medical condition of petitioner’s wife and certified that she is suffering from heart disease, due to which petitioner has come in the category of employees who are exempted from compulsory transfer. He further submits that petitioner has now completed 55 years of age and due to this reason also, he is exempted from compulsory transfer. 4. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of by taking the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, on record.
