This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers; "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus directing the respondent authorities to provide the certified copy to the petitioner of Khasra and Khatauni for Village- Virtiyana, Shivli and Village Sidhpura Shivli, Tehsil- Maitha (Old Tehsil Akharpur), District- Kanpur Dehat for Fasli Year 1330, 1331, 1332 1334, 1340, 1342 & 1346. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus directing the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to inspect the Revenue Record including the Khasra and Khatauni of the Fasli Year 1330, 1331, 1332, 1334, 1340, 1342 & 1346 of the Village-Virtiyana, Shivli and Village- Sidhpura Shivli, Tehsil-Maitha (Old Tehsil Akbarpur), District- Kanpur Dehat." 2. It is contended that an application has been moved for providing the certified copy of khasra and khatauni for the Village Virtiyana, Shivli and Village Sidhpura Shivli, Tehsil- Maitha (Old Tehsil Akharpur), District Kanpur Dehat. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon the petitioner to move a fresh application before the authority concerned within fifteen days from today and, in case, the said application is moved by petitioner within the time prescribed by this Court, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of application alongwith certified copy of this order. 4.
