The Applicant is directed to deposit a cost of Rs. 5,000/- before the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority and to produce the receipt of such deposit on record. 4. Having considered the submissions advanced and the grounds stated in the delay condonation application, this Court is of the opinion that the delay is not unduly prejudicial. Hence, R/CR.MA/20619/2025 ORDER DATED: 09/10/2025 subject to the production of the deposit receipt as directed above, the delay of of 124 days is hereby condoned. 5. The Registry is directed to assign a regular number to the captioned revision application and to list the matter in seritim, subject to the production of the receipt as directed hereinabove.
