2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the case in Crime No.158 of 2025 was registered on 05.08.2025. It is a matter relating to property dispute and after investigation, the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur.
3. Considering the fact that the respondent Police has completed the investigation and filed the final report and that the arrest of the petitioner is not required, the petition for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest does not carry any merit. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
